Instructions currently cover Ubuntu 5.04, Red Hat 9 -> AS 3+, openSuSE 9.3, and some openssl commands in general. Main goal is to provide hassle-free procedures which should be helpful to a relative newbie and more experienced sysadmins working with an unfamiliar distro.
